Ingredients

2 Tbsp. corn starch
2 Tbsp. Taste of Cajun Seasoning Blend, divided
1 Tbsp. Onion, Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 ½ lbs. (.227 kg) chicken wings, patted dry

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In large bowl, combine corn starch and 1 tablespoon Taste of Cajun Seasoning Blend and Onion, Garlic & Herb Seasoning, mix until well combined. Add chicken wings; toss to coat well. Transfer to baking sheet. Sprinkle any remaining cornstarch mixture over wings. Bake for 15 minutes, turn chicken wings over and continue baking until crispy and internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle
hot wings with remaining 1 tablespoon Taste of Cajun Seasoning Blend.
Brush with sauce if so desired.
